Warranty Coverage for overseas sail-makers and customers from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong

We stand behind the products we create and offer this limited warranty to ensure your confidence in our sails.

Limited Warranty

  • Duration: Wilfersails warrants our sails to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the functionality or performance of the sail during normal usage. It applies solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

​​Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised alterations or repairs.

  • ​Normal wear and tear, including damage due to prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions or improper storage.
Sails are used for commercial purposes or competitive racing.

How to Claim Warranty

Resolution of Warranty Claims

Upon assessment and verification of the claim, Wilfersails will, at its discretion, repair or replace the sail determined to have a covered defect. The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the issue and in accordance with the terms outlined in this warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Wilfersails' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective sail. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
