Are all of the Wilfer Sails products always in stock?


Wilfer Sails strives to maintain updated stock levels on our website. If a product is running out of stock, you'll receive a notification via email. Please be aware that items in your basket aren't reserved, so stock availability may change before finalising your purchase.


What is the lead time of my order? 


This depends on the size of your order, but it usually takes two to three weeks. However, you can select the urgent order option, which guarantees a shorter lead time of one week with a higher price. 


Can I purchase without registering?


Yes. You can order (an) item(s) as a guest, but we recommend creating an account as this makes it easier to (re)order. You can also email us for further discussion on the order details.


Can I change my order?


Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes or adjustments. However, if your order hasn't been shipped and you've selected the wrong size, colour, or item, we can cancel it, issue a refund, and place a new order.


If the received product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it at no cost and receive a refund. If you prefer a different style, you can place a new order accordingly.


Can I cancel my order?
